• 3D Design Layouts (of agreed or key areas)
• Colour Consultation (paint schedule and colour scheme)
• Lighting Layout
• Room Finishes (flooring, walls and/or ceiling)
• Furniture & Fixtures presented as two separate Shopping Lists
• Window Treatments (size/type/style) with links to exact pieces 
• Soft Furnishing Items 
• Design Custom DIY Decor Piece such as centerpieces, or TV wall or carpentry piece (1 piece)*
• Design Support Access (depending on project timeline)
